Refund and Cancellation Policy

DGF Annual Golfing Bash – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At DGF, we aim to provide the best possible experience for all participants. However, in the
event of cancellations or the need for a refund, please refer to the policy outlined below:

  1. Cancellation by Participant:
    ● Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the event will be eligible for a full
    refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
    ● Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days prior to the event will receive a 50%
    refund.
    ● Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a
    refund.
    ● All cancellations must be requested in writing via email at [email protected].
  2. Refund Processing Time:
    ● Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be credited to the customer’s bank
    account within 5-7 working days.
  3. Transfer of Tickets:
    ● Participants unable to attend can transfer their ticket to another eligible golfer or guest by
    informing us at least 10 days prior to the event. All transfer requests must be made in
    writing.
  4. Event Cancellation by Organizers:
    ● In the rare event that the organizers cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances
    (e.g., weather, government restrictions), participants may not be offered a full refund or
    the option to transfer their registration to a rescheduled event.
  5. No-Show Policy:
    ● No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend the event without prior
    notice.
  6. Changes to the Event:
    ● The organizers reserve the right to adjust the event schedule. Participants will be notified
    in the case of any changes. Refunds will not be provided for minor schedule changes
    unless the event is canceled.
